Enter License: Terms of Service

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
For United States residents: You also agree that any disputes with Enter License must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration, as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This ensures that any technical or transaction-related issues regarding your digital software or game keys are handled efficiently and directly between you and Enter License.

1. License

By purchasing from 输入许可证, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the digital software or game key for its intended purpose. This license is for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or bypass the security measures of the digital products provided.

2. Ownership

All digital products, brand logos, and website content are the intellectual property of 输入许可证 or its respective licensors (e.g., Microsoft, Steam, Epic Games). Your purchase represents a license to use the software/game, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. User Content

When you post reviews, comments, or suggestions on our platform, you grant 输入许可证 a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, display, and distribute that content. We reserve the right to remove any user content that is deemed offensive, fraudulent, or violates these terms.

4. Fees and Purchase Terms

All prices are listed in [Senin Para Birimin] and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Once a digital key is delivered and revealed to the customer, the transaction is considered fulfilled. Please ensure your system meets the minimum requirements before completing a purchase.

5. Updates to The Service

We may also update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the law or our business operations. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
